Mazda
Brief - A Video to raise National consumer and dealership awareness of the Mazda brand.
Solution – A documentary on the transformation of a Virgin airship into a luminous Mazda advert. The programme, distributed on video DVD and cable TV featured interviews with the pilot and crew and was used in conjunction with dealership incentives. It created wide press coverage and brought customers into Mazda dealerships all over the country. |

Barclays Bank
Brief – A video to train counter staff on the procedures and benefits of selling a Barclayloan.
Solution – Shot on location in Coventry with Jeremy Clarkson, the video featured Jeremy at his best driving the Mira test track and commenting on in-bank role play. The video training package increased sales and was nominated for an RTS corporate award. |
Boots Logistics
Brief – A training video to raise staff awareness about the costs of shipping “fresh air” in half empty lorries.
Solution – A drama based “fun” programme with a hard hitting message. Shot on location at Boots’ head office in Nottingham the video featured actors travelling across the country in a hot air balloon, fast paced car sequences and the creation of a mad professor’s laboratory. The cost savings were instant and a sequel was commissioned to highlight further logistics problems. “Spacebusters” was nominated for an RTS Corporate Award |

Learning and Skills Council
Brief – To promote NVQ qualifications to school leavers aged 16 as an alternative to low paid work or not getting a job
Solution- A DVD that featured young people on the NVQ courses talking frankly about their experiences and the benefits of attending. It substantially increased the number of course applicants over the next year. |

Anglian Water
Brief – To produce a training video/DVD to introduce new ways of cascading company information to staff.
Solution – A corporate drama in which the old and the new ways were juxtaposed. The feedback from staff was so positive that a 6 weekly series of staff video/DVD newsreels were then commissioned. |
Vodafone
Brief – To showcase Vodafone to a judging panel at the mobile phone awards.
Solution – An investigative “Cook Report” style video shot on location in the high street and at Vodafone’s head office.
Vodafone won the award for Best Mobile Phone Company. |
Sterling Tubes
Brief – To demonstrate the quality of the manufacturing process of seamless stainless steel tubes to potential buyers.
Solution– A corporate promotional video that followed the manufacturing process at the Walsall based factory and boosted sales. It was distributed worldwide in multi lingual formats. |
Case Studies - Conferences & Corporate Events
Kleeneze
Brief – To motivate self employed distributors to build a multi level team and sell more products.
Solution - An annual series of 3 UK conferences plus overseas incentives for distributors who achieved targets on the sales plan. The conferences became the focal point for sales activity and saw audiences grow from a few hundred to 7,000 in a couple of years. Tell Me More worked with each of the speakers perfecting their motivational script writing and presentation techniques. |

Boots Logistics
Brief – Annual conference to inform, update and motivate staff. The emphasis to be on learning and enjoyment.
Solution – A theatre style conference with keynote speeches from the main board and senior management complimented by motivational guest speakers. The audience were further entertained by dancers, choreographed by Tell Me More, representing the supply chain events. The day was followed with an evening celebration including entertainers and after dinner motivational speeches. |
Learning and Skills Council
Brief – To raise the number of bookings in Farm Stay Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.
Solution – A highly interactive round table conference with informal speakers and hands on activities throughout the day. Delegates attended from all over the UK and post conference research showed a dramatic increase in bookings. |
Ecoflow
Brief – To motivate self employed distributors to build a multi level team.
Solution – A Series of UK conferences and overseas incentives for achieving agreed targets. The distributors themselves were the focal point of the day with many testimonial presentations. After the initial UK conference, a record number of delegates qualified for the international incentive conference. |
